Hydraulic milling robot
Hydraulically driven milling cutter robot Hächler HF 200 separately moves in a sewer pipe of DN 190 - DN 1100, including egg-shaped profiles. It provides all milling processes, which are necessary for rehabilitation of sewers.
Rotating colour camera placed on the robot arm makes it possible to monitor continuously the progress of the work on the monitor. This record can be then delivered to the customer as a DVD file.

Technology for remediation via injecting ZEP-RE-CON
The technology applies remediation and injects the material into the internal pipe diameter of DN 200 - DN 600. The specific remediation material is injected into the damaged site from the control trailer. Chemical resistance and tightness of control after 100 cycles of high-pressure cleaning (one cycle of 300 l at a pressure of 120 bars) corresponds to the theoretical 100-year-old sewer load operation.
Application
Patented decontamination system was developed specifically for the rehabilitation of the spot, where the lateral inflows connect to the main and serves for blinding the unused lines and blind branches.
Installation of shuttering
Stabilization of the device is done by leaning the shield inside the pipes, the shuttering bladder will drive into the house connection.
Filling a covern by injecting
A specially developed material ERGELIT Kanaltec is injected into the damaged area from the vehicle.
Camera documentation
Colour camera allows you to monitor and record the progress of our work. This record can then be customized to pass on the DVD.
